Refund Policy
TO START A RETURN PLEASE USE OUR RETURNS PORTAL:
At Swim Allure we think customer service is extremely important and we aim to please every single customer. We supply in depth size guides to make sure you can make careful consideration on the best size and style for you. All orders are packaged carefully and properly to ensure items arrive safely.
We accept returns and refunds on our swimwear within 10 days. This means you need to have made contact with us within 10 days of order delivery.
All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and still in a saleable condition. This means items must not be stained, marked or snagged in any way.
All tags and hygiene liners must still be attached and items must be sent back in its original packaging (including drawstring bag).
Please try on swimwear over your own underwear. This is important due to hygiene reasons, and we may refuse to accept your return if this has not been adhered to.
We fully inspect all returned items and if any of these conditions are not met, then your items will be refused and sent back to you at your own cost.
All return shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover any return postage fees when sending items back to us (unless the items are faulty).
Please note that all sale items and discounted items not eligible for return.

Shipping
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of order placement. Bikini Bible is not responsible for any delays in shipping times. All international orders are posted via DHL Express.
All Orders for UK and Serbia are free of taxes and duties, as they are shipped directly from our stock there.
For other countries,custums and import duties are applied by local custums.Sadly any orders with custum duties on attached we cannot refund for.
We reserve the right to deduct any costs from your refund that we incur from parcels that are returned to us due to unpaid custum charges.

At Allure Swim we strive to be as sustainable and eco-friendly as possible.
ECO FRIENDLY FABRICS
We have partnered with the Aquafil group who produce sustainable swimwear fabric using ECONYL® fibres. These fibres are made from waste plastic, ocean debris and ghost fishing nets. These are then used to make the luxurious fabric that we use for our swimwear.
HIGH QUALITY
Our swimwear fabrics are more resistant to suncream, chlorine and oil than other fabrics used on the market, as well as providing a high UV protection.
We design and make our swimwear to last year after year.
PACKAGING
Our swing tags and labels are made from recycled paper and are printed with soy inks and contain no plastic.
Our mailer bags are biodegradable and our cotton bags are reusable.
Every effort is made to choose the most eco-friendly version of our packaging products as we can.
